madness

Postby DarkWaltz on Fri Nov 28, 2008 11:16 pm

So, I need help ASAP, please. I'm supposed to write a short story based on one of the themes in Hamlet, and I was going to do madness, but I can't really come up with a good story. I can do Ophelia-style, up-the-wall madness, or crazy, calculated Hamlet-style, but I think I'd prefer the latter. Do you have any suggestions as to a general plot line?

Thanks
DW

I remember that assignment! I did revenge. It wasn't very good. I think I posted it on Figments 1.2

...useful comments? why would I have useful comments?

ETA: madness always makes me think of The Telltale Heart. Something along those lines?

Madness is my speciality, I tend to make a human slowly lose his humanity. You know paranoia, voices (aka schizophrenia), multiple personality disorder, parasites. When there's madness there's endless possibilities.
